This project was born from the friendship and passion of making low intervention wines by rescuing ancient methods. Paso a Paso elaborates micro vinified wines under an authentically handcrafted concept based on meticulous care and the personal follow up carried out by the winemakers. Each bottle is the result of a combination of art, finesse, adrenaline and thoughtfulness.
This process is based on the understanding that to obtain a unique product with a strong personality you have to move forward step by step (paso a paso). The aim is to produce high quality wines, promote wine traditions and follow our passion.
Norberto and Sebastián can not imagine a better present than working the vineyard during its cycle, walking along the land, going to the winery, witnessing the evolution of the grape, tasting the resulting wine and enjoying step by step. Today, they elaborate Paso a Paso wines exclusively in Oralia Winery located at El Peral, Tupungato Valley.
